Salam All,

I know I haven't been as active, and I really apologize for that. It's just that I've had a lot going on in my life lately and have had to attent to personal matters. However, I'm back more than ready to help Our Islamic .Community grow!

So, I was thinking of starting a huge debate where we could invite all the brothers and sisters on other forums (including their staff) to participate in debates here. Now, I need some feedback from you:

1) What topics (Obviously Islamic related, but are there any other specific/general topics you'd be interested in debating?)

2) Spread the word once we've set up everything (I will elaborate on this later on).

Debate's aren't going to help; unless it's a competetion. Whoever wins the most debates gets a reward. You've done competitions but no need for the vast amounts of money that you need. I don't know a topic but I'm about to make one.

I agree to disagree excellent Idea Brothers, but how do you judge who's won a debate for example Homosexuality debate we all disagree to agree therefore its impossible to judge and reward money for it, but the Big debate idea is an excellent one , putting in controversial debates always sparks a few members to participate soooo I'm looking forward to this

I mean.....I know it's a excellent idea, but it's not going to get people's attention unless we put a reward. Like becoming a co-administator or something. Never mind, I got an idea. I've already set a debate up on our muslim ummah. It's falling and how we should react to the situation I posted. Great idea, humza and can we make teams. Let's make a team, me, italianguy, chowgibar, and sister naimia. That's an excellent team, where's italianguy? he's never been on since like ten days!

lol I know a topic that gets everybody into it. I may have to warn everyone, it's a very HEATED topic! I usually don't like talking about it, however I am sure it will attract a lot of peeps.

Shouldn't we get the upgrade before the big debate ?

The upgrade is much more difficult than I first thought. Therefore, it will take me longer, since I need to practice several times so I get it right.

So what is the ETA when we actually receive the upgrade ?
